Aluminum profile double head saw, also known as CNC aluminum alloy oblique cut saw, is a specialized equipment used for cutting aluminum-plastic profiles. It adopts a three-phase four wire 380V 50Hz power supply, with a rated power of 6kW and a working pressure range of 0.5~0.8MPa. Its cutting length range is 400~4200mm, supporting multi angle adjustment such as 45 °, 22.5 °, 90 °, etc. It is equipped with D=500mm hard alloy circular saw blades, with a speed of 3200r/min, suitable for batch processing of door and window profiles and photovoltaic frames.
The oblique cut saw consists of a fixed saw head, a movable saw head, a servo motor drive system, and a numerical control module. The movable saw head adopts a magnetic grid ruler positioning and a linear guide structure to ensure smooth operation. The control system integrates PLC modules and touch screen operation interfaces, supporting automatic feeding, multi segment cutting, and atomized cutting oil cooling and lubrication functions. The bed body adopts a low carbon steel welded structure, equipped with pneumatic clamping device, water separation filter and automatic material protection device.
